How to Request an Appointment
New booking system now available.
Our clinic has transitioned to a fully integrated booking system connected directly to our office schedule. After selecting an appointment, you will be directed to create a Medeo account, which you can then use for all future bookings and secure patient messaging with the clinic. Medeo will allow you to see what appointments are currently available for each provider.

We typically book several weeks out, so if you are unable to find an appointment time that works and would like to be added to our cancellation list, please email us with the dates you are available.
