We are currently booking FAA medicals on Thursday mornings and Saturdays.
Prior to requesting an appointment, please complete the form on the FAA’s MedXpress website. After you complete the form, print or save a copy.
To request an appointment, please email the office at office@aviationdoc.com with a copy of the MedXpress form along with the dates you are available. Our office manager will assist you with booking an appointment.
Fees
FAA medical exams are $300. If you need an ECG or audiogram to complete your medical, they are an additional $60 each.
We can do a Transport Canada medical at the same time - the additional fee for the Transport Canada medical is $175.
Our office accepts debit and credit payments. Prices subject to 5% GST.
